Satan Demon implements a variety of new plans to discover the identity of Azteckaiser, including kidnapping Professor Hayami’s daughter Kaoru-chan, and subjecting the professor to hypnotic brain-washing. There’s a new enemy wrestler called Iron Buster, who looks like a leftover character design from Akumaizer 3. And we learn that the Satan Soldiers (Black Mist’s masked goons) are so incompetent that even campy sportswriter Sakata-san is able to take out three of them.

You just couldn’t make this stuff up even if you had an eternity of free time on your hand and infinite supply of #2 pencils along with an ungodly amount paper.
